Octagonal traffic light columns with curved bracket, made by a company ISO9001 certified and having authorisation as processing centre according to DM 14/01/08, brand palicampion, COSEM…., composed of 2 elements (shaft+bracket) to be assembled at site by forced overlapping, obtained by cold bending of steel plate grade S235JR EN 10025 and subsequent external longitudinal welding carried out with automatic process approved by the I.I.S. (Italian Institute of Welding) and with welding quality check according to EN ISO 3834.
The columns, provided for the anchorage to the basement by direct planting into the foundation block, are completed with 3 standard works at the base for the electric wiring according to the standard: cable entry slot, earthing connection, slot for junction box housing. Curved bracket with radius 1800.
Tolerances on dimensions UNI EN 40/2 - UNI EN 10051.
Protection against corrosion by means of hot dip galvanization obtained with the following cycle: degreasing; pickling, washing, fluxing, pre heating; hot dip galvanization in melted zinc bath at 440÷450°, with minimum percentage of zinc into the bath ≥ 98.5%. Coating obtained according to UNI EN ISO 1461 with minimum thickness 55 microns et average 70 microns.
Columns designed according to the standard in force considering the wind load requested by D.M. 16/01/96, with 1 or 2 panels 90x135 cm, installed on the bracket.
